Occupancy
of the property normally commences at 3.00 pm on the first day of the
letting period and finishes at 10.00 am on the last day of the letting
period. If the cottage is vacant beforehand, entry can be earlier by
arrangement.

The deposit of £50.00 must be
forwarded with the completed, signed booking form and is non-returnable.
A receipt will be sent confirming the deposit. Please send the balance
of the rental 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.

If for unforeseen
circumstances you have to cancel your holiday within the 4 weeks, the
full cost less the deposit will still be payable. The balance of the
rental will only be refunded if the cottage can be re-let.

It is recommended that hirers
take out their own insurance.

Hirers will be responsible
for the cost of making good any damage or loss caused to the property or
contents during their stay.

Occupation of Belmont Stables
Cottage is limited to the number stated on the booking form.

The property must be left in
a clean and tidy condition.

Belmont Stables Cottage is a
non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed.

Short stay and weekend bookings are available
throughout the year, although in high season the normal booking period
is from Saturday 3.00 pm until the following Saturday at 10.00 am.
